Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping options, UPS are currently behind on their fulfillment guarantees.Customers may experience delays on delivery times and tracking updates.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes, you will receive an email or SMS with shipping information after we ship out, you will get the tracking number there.

Can you ship to my address?

We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

We accept returns for 60ย daysย after delivery on items ordered from our website. Toย initiate a return, please contactย info@naturaltarget.us, Once we receive yourย items, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. To ensure a damageย free return, we ask that you send the item back in its original packaging.

If your item is not what you expected due to a manufacturer defect, we will provideย a no-charge prepaid return label. For returns that are out of our responsibility, weย will provide a prepaid return label and may deduct the return shipping charge asย well as the restocking charge from your refund.ย 

If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please email usย at info@naturaltarget.usย with a picture of the damage. Once confirmed, we wilย ship a replacement item within 2ย business day. You won't need to send the damaged item back.

HOWย TO INITIATE A RETURN

1.Contact us Firstly

Contact our customer service by email at info@naturaltarget.usย with the orderย ID and clear product photo, and indicate the reason, condition, andย resolution. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

2.Get the Notification or Prepaid Shipping Labels from us

We will reply as soon as possible with your inquiry, requirement, or complaints andย we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returning&refundingย request.

3. Print the Shipping Labels out, Pack the item& Take the Parcel to the Local Postย Office to Send it Out

If it goes with the return process, please print the return label we send to you andย securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

Put the item in its origin package and seal the box with the tape. Items must beย returned undamaged with all original parts packed. We do not accept a returnedย item that's damaged, incomplete or altered in any way.

Arrange your return package with your local post office and we will processย your refunds as soon as we received the returned items.

4.Get a refund from us

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify youย that we have received your returned item. A credit will be automatically applied toย your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 8 business days.

1.Oops, can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact info@naturaltarget.usย immediately. We'll do our best to assist.but because our goal is to deliver your product ASAP, it's not always possible to change or cancel orders especially when the item is already on the way to you.

2.What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

While our packaging is specially designed to withstand small parcel shipping.

mistakes do happen from time to time. Simply email info@naturaltarget.usย with a picture of the damage and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

3.I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 70 days. What should I do?

Generally, we do not accept the return or exchange that is overdue. So please unwrap the box as soon as you received it to check the quality. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don't accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us.

4.Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If your product is not what you expected due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide a no-charge prepaid return label. For returns that are beyond our control we will provide a prepaid return label and shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.

5.When will i be refunded?

For a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during.

6. Late or lost refunds (if applicable):

If you do not receive an approved refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us at info@naturaltarget.us to investigate further. In some cases, it may take longer for the refund to be officially credited to your card or account.
